At Gartner Studios we stand behind the products we design and want to ensure your happiness is our top priority. If you are not 100% happy with your order for any reason, let us know and we'll make it right.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Items must be in original condition with the packaging intact to be refunded

Returns must be within 60 days of the order date

We don't currently cover the cost of return shipping

We're not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender- so check that info twice

Personalized items are not returnable

We will refund your account within 1 business day of receiving it

Shipping costs are not refundable 

Include your packing slip or order receipt so that we can identify your order
