Why is my ink smearing?

Our stationery is matte and doesn't have any coating on it that would cause ink to smear. 

This happens when your printer is able to lay the ink, but not fuse it properly. This is usually because of compatibility issues between your printer and the paper size of the stationery. We recommend using a different printer that is compatible with the paper size you're using, if possible.
